2) In addition to checking the Rating of the Movie or Audio CD of a movie or any Audio CD or Video DVD, VCD or Video Cassette or any Video or Audio Media purchased or rented from our site H2B.com, Parents, Guardians or Legal Guardians must make sure that the items ordered are suitable for viewing, hearing, listening or use by Minors under the age of 18. It is the Purchasers/Users responsibility to make sure that the item is suitable for viewing, hearing or use by a Minor/Minors.
3) International Customers, please note that WE CANNOT SHIP ENGLISH MOVIE DVD'S OR CD'S outside the USA.

5) Same Day Shipping : We Guarantee Same Day for payments processed and received by us before 2.00 p.m. E.S.T, Monday - Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sunday and Postal Holidays in the USA.
6) SHIPPING :
Orders within the USA are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) Media Mail.
Normal Delivery time in the USA is 2 to 5 working days. We are not responsible for Postal Delays.
Insurance is very highly advised. We are not responsible for Lost or Damaged packages.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT : We ship International Orders via USPS FIRST CLASS AIR MAIL.
Delivery times for International Orders vary depending on Postal Distances, Postal Delays, Custom Regulations at your country and other variable factors not in our control. Normal Delivery times for International Order on an average is 7 to 20 working days. International Customers: Customs Fees (Countries outside USA): Custom Duties and Levies or any associated fees for International Shipments shall be the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local freight carriers or import/export officials on any fees before placing an order. H2B.com will not be responsible for shipment refusals, and there are no refunds if the shipment is refused.
Insurance is very highly advised. We are not responsible for Lost or Damaged packages. H2B.com reserves the right to use any shipping agency including UPS, USPS, FEDEX or other shipping carriers that provide a tracking and delivery confirmation number.
7) SHIPPING CHARGES :
USA : $2.99 per Shipment and $0.89 for each Item. Heavier items (like Religious Sets) will have different shipping charges which will be specifically mentioned in the Item listing Details.
INTERNATIONAL : $5.99 for the first item and $4.99 for each additional item. Heavier items will have different shipping charges which will be specifically mentioned in the Item listing Details. INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS HAVE TO SELECT SHIPPMENT METHOD "VIA AIR" AT CHECK CHECK OUT.
H2B.com reserves the right to increase shipping charges, reduce shipping charges or offer Free Shipping.
8) International buyers may buy Hindi CD's and Hindi Movie DVD's (which are Region Free) and will work in all DVD players
International buyers CANNOT BUY ENGLISH MOVIE DVD'S since we are not authorized to sell these outside the USA.
9) Refunds/Exchanges : All sales are FINAL. Defective items have to be returned for an exchange. Defective items will be exchanged FOR THE EXACT SAME ITEM. If we do not have the exact same item in stock, we will issue you a refund.
Image quality might be different from movie to movie depending upon how the transfer from the original print was made. In addition, image will vary from DVD to DVD. ALL DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 15 DAYS, THERE IS NO EXCHANGES ON ANY PRODUCTS AFTER 15 DAYS.
Note : Upon receipt of the product we request all customers to open the package and test the product. If the product is defective, we ask that you notify us within 7 days so that we may begin the return process. We will email you an RMA # which has to be included on all items for exchanges. All Defective Returns shall be replaced at no charge. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. If the product arrives back scratched or damaged, H2B.com reserves the right to bill the customer for the replacement DVD.
10) H2B.com does not warranty any of the products sold. All exchange requests beyond 15 days will not be honored.
11) All Hindi Movies that we sell have subtitles in ENGLISH and possibly other languages (please refer to the item description for details on Subtitles in other Languages).
12) H2B.com accepts Mastercard, Visa and Paypal at this time. If you prefer to pay using Check or Money order, please email us for details.
Credit Card and Paypal Payments : In order to process your orders, we require that the billing address entered matches with the actual billing address on file with the Credit Card Bank. If the billing address does not match the actual billing address on file, this could delay or cancel your shipment. Therefore, it is important that this information be accurate and correct to ensure your order is processed. In addition, PO Box Addresses will not be accepted as Billing Addresses.
13) H2B.com will collect Sales Tax for shipments within the State of New York. Sales Tax will be calculated for shipping addresses in the State of New York at Checkout.
